Ohio Orchardgrass hay 2nd cutting
In 2004, I set out to "lock up" a local farmer's annual orchardgrass production for our local growing alpaca industry. I encourage other alpaca breeders to do the same in their areas. Farmers tend to grow whatever yeilds their land the most profit. The alpaca industry is creating much higher demands for orchardgrass than what the farmers are aware of. Don't let your local farmer drift off into other crops!
WE are taking orders now for orchardgrass hay second cutting. We normally have about 6,000-10,000 bales each year for sale.. We can transport to anywhere in Ohio and parts of Western Pa. for 200+ bale orders plus an addtional transport fee
Arrangements could be made to deliver outside of Ohio.
My hay Farmer tells me 2008 2nd cutting will be ready in mid August. |
