Well we went and did it! Decided to create a new roast utilizing the outstanding Bolivian green bean. We did not want the typical medium so we experimented until we found what we think is an outstanding roast, and we think you will as well. The dark medium roast we developed allows the goodness of this bean to come through while assuring a standard of excellence that we can carry forward roast after roast.
Roasted to a dark medium level to allow the full taste to come through on this excellent Bolivian coffee. Both full bodied and to the point on flavor, this Bolivian roast has just the right amount of pleasing inpulse taste and a superb aftertaste that will be enjoyed and enjoyed after your mug is drained
