Alpaca Boarding/Agistment
We currently have a 6,048 square foot barn! Upper level has over a thousand-bail capacity! Ventilated daily; barn is cleaned once a day if alpacas are in the fields all day and 2-3 times a day in winter and rainy days while in the barn all day & night. Limestone screen flooring is dug out, sterilized and replaced with fresh limestone quarterly. There are eight 1-acre lots with a large 3-sided shelter in each field with plenty of grazing grasses, rotated to keep them lush. All alpacas must be fully insured by owner even though all are treated like family and are well loved and cared for on our farm. Alpacas are separated in barn and fields by groups: Herdsires, Jr. Herdsires, Weanlings, Pregnant females and Nursing Dams with Cria at side and of course quarantine, if needed. |

| | | | Pricing and Terms | | $5.00/day, discount available for multiple alpacas. If boarding alpaca is purchased from our farm, first SIX months free then $4.00/day thereafter. All crias are $2.00 per day. However if Dam was purchased from us, cria board is FREE until weaned then $4.00/day. Since we want to be able to care for your alpaca like our own, we have 100+ capacity from May-Oct, however, we limit our capacity to 20 from Nov-April so we can provide better individual care while they are inside the barn. | |

Additional Details
Alpaca must be insured and owner is to sign a boarding contract and is responsible for any medical or other services listed in the boarding/agistment contract. Shots, worming, teeth and toenail services can be administered by C R Alpacas, Incorporated's staff, if desired (fees are posted and/or are available upon request and are subject to change). All Vet services are separate and at owner's expense plus any handling fee.
