We are now breeding both Huacaya and Suri females at Clare Limerick Alpaca Ranch.
Whether you looking for luster, lock, crimp, coverage, conformation, good bone, density or color, look no further. We have three Suri's in our breeding program including the 2004 AOBA Reserve Color Champion for fleece, Peruvian Mcgyver's Image. Image is a 5 blue ribbon winnwer with silky locks drip off his correct frame. He has so much luster that visitors ask us if his fleece is wet.
In the huacaya breeding program we have Sir Aristotle an outstanding dark brown with the proof being in his crias already on the ground and on their way to the show ring.
All breeding is done with the utmost care of your female in mind. We tend to the girls several times a day to make sure they comfortable in all seasons. All breeding is done by the hand breeding method, under close supervision of Richard or Jan.
