| AlpacaMama and her Favorite 'Little Bit' |  | | Pricing and Terms Boarding rate is $3.00 per day/per animal with discounts for multiple animals. This includes all meals and beverages, monthly herd management exam, and toenail manicure when needed. Vet bills are the responsibility of the owner.
We have moved some animals out to their new owners and will be ready to care for your animals. Give us a call to discuss your needs.

Additional Details Located at 4800 feet in elevation, Northern Colorado offers an ideal climate for our South American Camelid friends. Little or no humidity and cool temperatures combine for an environment where alpacas flourish. We have tremendous resources including, many local vets who specialize in camelids, the CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital, local breeders who sponsor education and training seminars, and a statewide affiliate organzation that is second to none. All this combines to offer your alpacas the very best opportunity to devlop and grow. Janet is dedicated as a full time "AlpacaMama" looking after all the daily chores here at Fossil Ridge Alpacas. We have attended many herd management, health, and birthing seminars and are skilled in the proper care of alapcas including; nutrition, genetics, birthing, and herd management.
