Alpaca Training
All of our alpacas are trained to halter, lead, and load into a trailer at an early age. We work with the juveniles on a small obstacle course to help them to be even easier to handle and get more comfortable with us.
We are hands on and many visitors have complimented us on how friendly and well-behaved our alpacas are. They are calm as well...I think having a young son jumping from the hay stack and climbing their pens on a regular basis has made them comfortable with just about anything ;)
We think that owning an alpaca should be enjoyable and we try to make sure our alpacas are easy to handle and an enjoyable addition to your herd. |
