Additional Details We offer you 7 years of caring for a large herd of alpacas. Our herd count averages between 50 and up to 70 most of the time. I have co-hosted hands on birthing classes with Dr. Larue Johnson. I have co-hosted a two-day Camelid training class with Camelidynamics Marty McGee Bennett; I am a certified Camelidynamics Handler after taking a beginner and advanced class in Oregon. In addition to training, and experience, the most important thing I think is that I really love animals, each and every one of them. I am home all day alpacas, and spend a lot of time with them and around them. People that come and visit always say they love being here, that it feels good, and the alpacas seem so peaceful. That is my main objective, that the alpacas feel safe, and are treated with respect and understanding of their unique species. The bonus is how they make US FEEL!
