Boarding and agistment
Located just 25 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, and 10 minutes from Park City, we have about 14 acres of land fenced for alpacas. We utilize our pasture grass in the spring and summer and utilize quality tested hay other months. All animals are currently housed around the barn with the 3 pastures around the house getting fencing updates this spring. The barn has 4 pastures, a maternity ward, cria creep and numerous stud runs. These areas run 4-7 animals so overcrowding is not an issue. Guard llamas are present in every pasture.
We also offer 3 separate pastures with shelters and guard llamas for visiting animals and visitng breeding females.
We are currently boarding animals and have an additional 20 of our own. We birth, vacinate, breed, and do all the daily care for the owners. We also train, show and transport cria's every year.

| | | | Pricing and Terms | The standard boarding fee is $2.50 a day for breeding females. This includes hay, water, mineral supplements and alpaca chow daily.
Birthing fees are 150.00. This DOES include the IGG test which are done on all crias at 24 hours. Crias are boarded free for 4 months. We halter train all crias.
We charge 10.00 for medical procedures that we need to do including: blood draws, worming, and annual vacinations. Vet fees and shearing are extra.

Additional Details
We utilize gaurd llamas for protection of the herd and have experienced no problems whatsoever with this. They are very alert and are either females or gelded. We are surrounded by open land used for grazing or horses so do not have the threat of DOGS in our area.
These animals are well loved and cared for. They are our passion and visits are always welcome from owners. As we have small children, we love to have company. | | |
