Post-Sale Service Support
Education and breeder support are extremely important to Havenfield Farm. We try to educate new breeders as much as possible, both before and after purchases. We continually attend educational seminars and updates given by some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry. Our medical background gives us a decided edge in the health and well-being of our animals. We are able to teach the new breeders how to be more hands on in their animal's care if they so desire. We stay current on all of the new health issues. We strongly encourage new breeders to do the same. We are always here if there are any questions. We both carry cell phones, and have made ourselves available to our clients 24 hours a day. We are very sincere about this. Of course if it is regarding a medical emergency, please call your vet first. But our clients are free to call us at any time of day or night if they are having a problem. We will do our best to answer your questions, or find the answer if we do not know |
