Let us take care of your alpacas...

We offer a farm atmosphere, daily interaction and great care...we take care of your livestock as if they were our own.
We will keep your animals even if you didn't buy from us!
For short term (less than 6 months) rates per animal per week, for long term it is per animal per week. We can be flexible with the short/long term rate. Cria are free until 4 months of age, then priced per week till 1 year, and we provide your stock with: A secure, safe, well fenced environment, and fresh water twice a day at minimum.
Social interaction of your animal with our herd.
Daily observation, ensuring early detection of physical or health problems. We document and update all animal health papers.
Weekly hand feeding, enhancing the alpaca's interaction with humans, and ensuring a close-up observation of the health and fitness.
Balanced nutritional requirements of the alpaca. We feed Dr Evans mixed, free choice minerals and added supplements and daily probiotics.
Pricing and Terms
If pregnant, herbal supplements provided in last term.
Annual, (May) shearing, is mandatory and an owner expense.
If hot and humid they get a belly spray with a hose and fans in the barn.
Scheduled worming, weighing and feet trimming included. Any vet innoculations or work is an owner expense.
Fecal testing is optional and is an owner cost to vet.
Halter training if desired. This is a flat rate fee per cria, they will be in a halter and leading calmly by 6 mos.

Additional Details

Birthings are 200.00 flat rate. We are on cria watch to ensure your cria is delivered naturally and everything is going smoothly. We take time to be sure that baby is up and nursing, has passed it's first stool, and is warm and dry. Mom and baby are secured within the girls pen to bond and watched closely on first trip out.

We do use a local camelid vet. If we think there is a problem you will be the first to know. If we think there is an emergency you may be the second...

We take care of all animals like they are our own and take pride in having healthy and very happy animals.

All animals must be certified BVD free.
