Alpaca Shearing
Lisa was a very active sheep showman, therefore, has a ton of experience shearing show sheep prior to learning how to shear alpacas. She shears the alpacas on a tilting shearing table, and uses Premier 4000 shears. We request that you have some helpers available to make things go quicker and easier. Our goal is keep the animals as stress-free as possible while shearing them to the style you prefer: big, bushy legs & head or a tight, close shear. Your alpacas will look good and feel good when they're done! |
