Boarding & Agistment
Boarding just one hour north of NYC!
Creekside Acres is a small, private farm located 5 minutes from the TSP. We live on the
property and the pastures are directly behind our home.
Boarding includes: daily grain, hay, fresh water twice a day, and lots of TLC. Deworming,
nail trimming, teeth trimming as needed.
Very clean, small and personal, well kept farm.

Pricing and Terms
$3.00 a day.
Cria free until weaned.
Owner pays for any medical attention and vitamin supplements.
Owner pays full insurance coverage.
Animals must be vet checked, BVD tested and screened for parasites.
All medical records must be provided.

Will provide a monthly update and picture of the animal via email report.
