Looking for a less expensive way to start your alpaca herd? Try our lease program!
We are excited to offer this new program to anyone looking to start their alpaca herd or expand it for much less than buying bred females. You simply lease one of our bred females for her pregnancy term to receive her cria. Plus this year, as a kickoff to our new program, you could get a cria within the next couple of months from females that normally would be too close to birthing to lease out! We are also offering a one time "get a female cria or try again" for our kickoff year! We are only offering this opportunity with our proven females so you know they are great mothers and we may even have some of their cria onsite.
Available females:
Pohono is a well-proven female with exceptional mothering skills and an abundance of milk for her fast-growing cria. She is our herd leader, keeping a watchful eye on the herd.
Evita is a wonderful mother that takes great care of her cria with plenty of milk to get them growing. She has produced beautiful cria in grey and black. |

A lease contract for a bred female is for one breeding cycle with the bred female and cria to be boarded free at our farm until the cria is weaned at about 6 months. Included is the stud service,or if the female is open, she may be bred to a herdsire of your choice. No interest financing for one full year is available on all lease packages with a 1/3 payment down.

Additional Details
Patina is a superb female with excellent mothering qualities and milks well. We own a blue ribbon male from breeding Patina to Dom Lucillo!
Chianti is a proven female with great mothering skills and plenty of milk. She passes on her large bone for a sturdy cria. She produced one of our herdsires, CMN Cassidy, a ribbon winner in every show he has been in, starting at two years old!
Oneida Rose will be having second cria and her first was a spectacular Snowmass Invincible girl we have here at our farm. Oneida Rose has a nice dense fleece in a reddish-brown color. We are looking forward to seeing what we get in November with a breeding to Valdez, our white herdsire.
All the females in our 2007 lease program are bred to our herdsire, CMN Valdez. Valdez is a wonderful male, out of Peruvian Passport, that is a ribbon-winner with a career that began at 4½! He has excellent crimp and density along with the presence and temperament that you want in your herd. | | |
