Boarding
At Terrace Mountain Alpacas we included 30 days of boarding for alpacas purchased from us, if needed, until you prepare their new home. Alpacas are boarded in a well kept barn which is nice and cool in the summer months and well shielded in the winter with freedom to move from pasture to barn. Boarding fees include feed but not veterinary services, which will be bill to you separately by vet. Worming is done monthly, included with monthly boarding fee. Livestock insurance on your alpaca is at your expense and is required. If you buy a gelding and you don't want to insure, than it is totally your responsible, not boarding farm. We feed our alpaca Golden Blend feed with orchard grass hay or a mixture of orchard grass/brome grass. Free choice Golden Blend minerals available all the time. You are welcome to come visit, train or play with your alpacas at anytime or...you can just take them for a walk. We have camera's inside & outside barn to let us know if we have a problem 24/7. |

| | | | Pricing and Terms | Boarding alpacas for $3 dollars per day, per animal if purchased on farm or $3.50 per day (outside purchase). All alpacas must be BVD(PCR) free before entering farm. Discounts with 3-4 alpacas $2.50 per day, per animal or 5 plus alpacas $2.25 per day, per animal with monthly worming included free.
Four months free boarding of crias born to your female. After 4 months, regular rates apply.
Boarding will be billed first of each month and is due upon receipt. | |

Additional Details
We will care for your alpacas as if they were our own. Boarders authorize emergency veterinary care and agree to pay all necessary vet charges for services rendered to the alpaca while in the care of the boarding facility. We love raising alpacas... they are just like children with their own personalities and their cute, loving little faces. We are sure you will enjoy raising alpacas too!
