Payment Terms
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and money orders are happily accepted. Please add shipping to order total. Insurance is always advisable and may be purchased by the buyer at the US postal rate and added to the order total.

Shipping Terms
Multiple purchases may be combined to alleviate additional shipping charges when feasible. Shipping prices reflect mailing by regular US mail. Allow additional time for custom orders.
Returns, Guarantees & Warrantees
We recommend using The Dress Code products to wash and care your alpaca fiber items. Needle Felted Critters may be returned for repair from normal play 'wear & tear'. Please enclose shipping and return address in the event of returning a Critter for repair. Keep in mind that normal play 'wear & tear' does not include being chewed on by an animal, washing machine damage or other fiascos.
Custom created items and special orders are not returnable.
Most items have a 3-day return policy. Please check this at time of order. Items held beyond 3 days are not returnable but may be eligible for an exchange.

We love alpacas. We enjoy our farm and hope that purchases made from The Garden reflect the heart and soul we put into our endeavor. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Garden purchase, let us know. Alpaca Garden Produce is special and we want you to feel that way about it too!
