Payment Terms
Payment for your purchases, plus shipping and handling fees, must be paid in full before any item is shipped to you. Please provide the complete and current address for delivery, including any special instructions for the carrier.
Shipping Terms
Close-Knit Collectibles are generally shipped via Priority Mail, first class from the U.S. Post Office, or by FedEx. UPS shipping is available upon request.

Close-Knit Alpacas offers a full, money back guarantee on our products if you are not completely satisfied. Simply return the purchase, along with a letter explaining your grievance, and a copy of your sales receipt, and CKA will refund your money.
