Payment Terms
Payment must be received within 5 business days. Accept online payments using paypal. Or you can phone in your order using a credit card we have a safe merchant account for our store. Checks and Money order must be received by 10 days, make checks out to Griffonwood Alpacas. Thank you.
Shipping Terms
We will ship using the most least expensive carrier. For credit card orders either by paypal or phone in orders. Items are shipped out within 24 hours. If the payment is by check or money order. Your items will not be shipped till payment is received. We will notify you when your item ships and we will provide shipping tracking information. We ship using the following carriers, DHL, UPS, FEDEX and USPS.
