Payment Terms
Purchases can be made online using PayPal, or by phone using Visa or MasterCard.
Personal checks will also be accepted, but shipping will be delayed until your check clears. Contact me if you have any questions.
Shipping Terms
Shipping and handling charges for PayPal orders are included in the online purchase price. Shipping and handling charges for phone orders will be added at the time of ordering and included in your total bill. They will be based on the estimated actual shipping charge of your order rather than a per item charge. Items will be shipped by USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail or UPS depending on the size of the order.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order. If there will be a delay due to an item being out of stock, I will contact you by email and/or phone.
Returns, Guarantees & Warrantees
We want you to be pleased with every purchase you make from Sharla's Web. To ensure you get exactly what you are looking for, please contact me before ordering if you have any questions.
Items returned within 7 days of receipt in the original condition will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price of the item. The initial shipping charge and return shipping expenses are the buyer's responsibility.
