Alpaca Boutique currently only ships to the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska).
Shipping Time
Please notice that "Business Days" refers to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing Time: Alpaca Boutique normally packs and ships all orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed.
Delivery Time: After your order is processed, it is shipped by USPS Priority (United States Postal Service Priority Service). Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

$4.99 for orders of $49.99 or less.
$6.99 for orders of $98.99 or less.

Remember if your purchase is $99 or more, ground shipping is free! You just need to select "Free Shipping (USPS Priority)" when viewing your cart. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
Returns, Guarantees & Warrantees
Returns are easy at Alpaca Boutique. If your purchase is not what you were expecting, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product. The item needs to be returned in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) for a full refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

How to return an item
•Please complete the Return Form included in your package and mail it back with your return.

•Pack the item carefully so it will not be damaged during the shipping process. If you don't have the original shipping box please use another small box or a padded envelope.
•We recommend getting a tracking number or insurance for your return. Alpaca Boutique is not responsible for items lost during shipping.
