True Black, 818627, --Mixed Heritages--

Suzie is a solid, true black female. She has good conformation and is as straight as an arrow. She is an excellent mom and has given us all colorful crias to date. Bandit, her cria from 2003, is true black just like his mom even though his dad, Mr. Joshua, is a pure white Bolivian. Bandit took a second place with his black fleece at the AOBA National conference in Kentucky for his new owners, the Kelloggs. Suzie and Solar de Peru produced Jake in 2004 and he is gorgeous - a solid dark brown male with just incredible coverage. Jake is a future herd sire for a farm in PA. Last summer Suzie gave birth to Kara Su, a solid true black female who is simply beautiful. This summer Suzie surprised us with Ideuma Creek's Raspberries and Cream, an amazing rose grey girl. She's striking!

Suzie is a darn near perfect mom. She is very easy to breed, always catches on the first or second try, carries her cria full term, produces colorful, healthy cria with great IgGs, h

    True Black, 841522, Full Peruvian

Reserve Color Champion, 4 Time Blue Ribbon Winner, Solid True Black, Full Peruvian, Son of AOBA National Conference Reserve Color Champion, More than 10 ribbons to his name. Sure, we're proud to have Scotty here on our farm. We can now proudly add producer of color champion to his list of attributes.

Scotty has produced several blue ribbon cria proving that he can pass on his exceptional fleece qualities & excellent typey conformation to his offspring. At the latest show, the Western NY Show, his cria took two blues (in grey and black) and a color championship in black!

We love the rich, wonderful array of colors that alpacas come in. We want a rainbow of natural colors grazing in our fields. We don't, however, want to sacrifice the soft, fine fleece that is so often associated with the lightest colored alpacas. Here too, Scotty has what it takes. Judges have made comments (right before handing him a blue ribbon!) on his density, consistent crimp throughout his blanket

Corbie is an impressive true black male with crimp and luster to match. He has great coverage all the way down to his toes as well as a great temperament.

Corbie is a fourth generation true black male. His Sire is The Scotsman, Reserve Color Champion and 4 Time Blue Ribbon Winner, son of AOBA National Conference Reserve Color Champion, and with more than 10 ribbons to his name. His paternal grandfather is 6Peruvian Romantico and maternal great grandfather is 5Peruvian Black Ice. Corbie has bragging rights of his own with a well defined crimp that is bright, uniform and is one of the softest handling fleeces that we have seen in true black.

Corbie is being sold as a non-breeder due to an injury suffered in the winter of 2010. He has not been able to breed since and is unable to stay on a female, but all rights will transfer to new owners.

His fiber is really a handspinners dream.
