Great bloodlines produce great results! Just Right (JR) is the product of some of the best breeding programs in the West. His dam is a Yupanqui daughter, his sire is multi award winner Virtual Vicuna and his grandsire is the great Peruvian Aladdin. JR has heavy bone, good structure and extremely dense fleece with high amplitude crimp, all of which he is passing to his offspring.

We acquired Tess’s mom, an older Australian Import when she was at least 14 years old. Even at her “mature” age, Inca King Tux carried herself with dignity and presence on a balanced frame and she retained a fine, bright blue black fleece with classic white tuxedo markings. Although she hadn’t been bred in over 7 years, “Oreo” got pregnant easily and birthed Tess with no problem. Unfortunately, we lost Oreo when Tess was 3 months old. Oreo was such a great mom that Tess was already over 60 pounds and thriving. It’s always hard to lose a dam, especially when she has a young cria but Tess was very independent and the other moms kept an eye on her so she thrived.

Tess bred and birthed her first cria like she’d done it a million times! “Boots” was born in September ’09 and Tess was kept open so we could get her into a spring breeding rhythm.

Tess is bred to SCF Black Ryder who has won multiple color championships in the largest shows in the country. He is just a gorgeous male and we're really excited to see the cria they produce.
