GLR Black Eyed Pea   

Dark Silver Grey, 30358539, Full Peruvian

Black Eyed Pea was named by our son when he was 10 years old. She is a super dark silver grey, with incredible density, luster and commanding presence. Her half sister, GLR Ventania, sold at the 2005 Private Collection Sale for a record $84,000. Her mother, when imported in 1996, had a micron count of only 18.Her sire is Silver Marquis, sire of our 3rd generation Champion Platinum Marquis. She is bred to Synergy for a late summer, early fall 2009 cria.

We proudly introduce our proven herdsire, Synergy. Synergy is a full Peruvian, dark fawn, super lustrous, heavily covered MacGyver son is now closed to outside breedings in. Synergy is co-owned with Wilkins Livestock,LLC. Synergy's 2003 show ring record includes, 1st place and Color Champion at the Great Western Show in Denver, 1st place at the AAA Futurity in Indianapolis, !st place at the Sun City Sizzler in El Paso, TX, !st place at the Southwest Regional in Phoenix, AZ, 1st place at the Vernal, UT show and 1st place at the Michigan International Alpaca Show in Birch Run,MI. Synergy's sire, MacGyver, the 2003 & 2004 Herdsire of the Year, is a deep moroon Bruxo (Accoyo) son. His dam, Peruvian Starlette is an elite black and white paint with great locks and luster.His first crop of crias were all in the ribbons at the three largest shows in 2006,the AAA Futurity,Mapaca and AOBA.
