Both his sire (Hemmingway)and his dam (Peruvian Amanda) are prized for their extremely fine fleece and Andy is carrying on the family genetics. Andean Dream was given a blue ribbon by Maggie Krieger at the 2002 Spring Fling because of his fine fleece and excellent bite. In Mike Safley's article: "Macho's: The Father's Lineage..." about the two legends in American breeding history, he named Andy as one of Hemmingway's offspring winning a top ribbon in the 1999 hyper-competitive white classes at the All American Futurity.

As grandaughter of Snowmass Peruvian Casanova (Medium Rose Grey) and Peruvian Hemingway this girl has it all! There is color, crimp, density and more all wrapped up in this big girl. There is plenty of opportunity for color from this fine young lady.
