Peaceful Heart's Electric Snow   

White, 31423915, Full Peruvian

Electric Snow’s name was inspired by her parents’ names and the brightness of her fleece. She has a beautiful face and wonderful fleece. Her sister has an impressive show record, including a Color Championship. Her sire has also won numerous awards for his fabulous fleece. We are very excited about the quality of the first offspring of our herdsire FG Powergrid. (Snow’s heritage is 15/16 Peruvian, 1/16 Chilean.) Electric Snow has won a third place ribbon at the 2010 Carolina Alpaca Celebration Spin Off.

Snow and our Reserve Color Champion Peaceful Heart’s Lord Tennyson have produced Timbuctoo (born 10-18-11), a future champion with great genetics, including Peruvian Hemingway, Chaparral, King and Demetrio, Bueno, Caligula and El Patron. Timbuctoo is for sale with his mother until he weans. Snow has been rebred to Lord Tennyson for an October 2012 cria and sells with an additional breeding in 2012 to any Peaceful Heart Alpacas herdsire.

Lord Tennyson has it all, wonderful bloodlines - Bueno, Caligula, El Patron, The Silversmith; incredible fleece - brilliant white, tight, crimpy bundles; good size and conformation; and incredible presence. Tennyson has inherited the great fleece shearing weight of his sire Lord Byron, like his sire Tennyson shears over 10 pounds. In addition to all these wonderful characterstics, Tennyson is a gentle boy with a incredible sense of presence about him.

At the 2009 VAOBA Expo Fleece Show, he was awarded the Reserve Color Championship. Earlier that year, he won First in the light class of the Virginia Classic Walking Fleece Fiber Futurity for the second time in a row. In 2008 he won as the youngest in the class at exactly 6 months of age (and went on to win Best in Futurity), and next year as the oldest in the class, just one day shy of 18 months.

I think Timbuctoo has one of the sweetest alpaca faces I have ever seen. He is a curious and calm alpaca that is growing well.

We expect Timbuctoo to match his impressive sire, Lord Tennyson, in the showring and his unbelievably sweet temperament. He has great genetics in his background, including Peruvian Hemingway, Chaparral, King and Demetrio, Bueno, Caligula and El Patron. His fleece is incredible: beautiful, deep crimp and incredible shine.
