| | | Half Accoyo out of Accoyo Pluro (pluro is currently a top stud in Australia), Silver Creek's fiber is absolutely spectacular, very "rosey"! At nearly 3 years of age, his fiber analysis shows an average fiber diameter of 23 microns with a standard deviation of 4.7 microns, a coefficient of variation of 21.1% and only 5.2 % over 30 microns. | |

Ferfie is a splendid, 1/4 accoyo, with poorly expressed tuxedo markings. She has alot of grey fibers in her blanket making her a great candidate for producing grey offspring. Her first cria is a beautiful medium fawn(Ginge Ale in our foundation herd), out of a beige full accoyo. Ginger placed in the top 3 at every show (including Ohio Alpacafest). Gingers blanket is so dense that rocks could bounce off of it! Her fiber is also very crimpy from her full accoyo sire, Delfino De Peruano at Alpacas of America. Her topknot is so full and thick, making the perfect "helmet head" appearance, that it needs to be trimmed away from her eyes so she can see the world out there! Ferfie will produce quality offspring that demand top of the line prices. She's a true "gem"! Allowing the sire's traits to come through in the offspring means we can choose from many top of the line herdsires and know we will get a cria worthy of the showring. Ferfie could easily be put into our foundation herd. (March 2007) a beautiful dark silver grey female cria, sired by the great Aussie Rockford. Gypsy Rose is absolutely above and beyond our expectations AGAIN from Ferfie - sold at Ernie Kellogs auction for 22K! Dense, crimpy, soft and NO SPOTS in her blanket, produced grey from the Snowmass Trilogy boys! Ginger (ferfie's daughter)also gave birth to a light rose grey female from Aussie Rockford, dense and CRIMPY and a great helmet head like mother! SO - both mother and daughter produce rose grey/grey. 2008 cria arrived, he is a knock out in dark fawn - solid from top to bottom. Crimp and density are spectacular and the fullness of fiber on the head is amazing. Magnificent job for Sterling, our Silver grey stud. See Leonardo Do Vintage at Color Your Herd Alpacas, Elyria Ohio. Sold, as Michigan Color Champion... Leonardo De Vintage is now a color champ herdsire! Ferfie knows how to make them!
2012. Ferfie birthed a beautiful black male. 2013 bred to Troubadour (Snowmass genes)
