MSA Hemingway's Erika

Medium Fawn, 820014, Peruvian

Hemingway's Erika is a tribute to her sire and shows her heritage well.
Her resemblance to Hemingway is astonishing, even his characteristic ears. Erika has extemely dense, very fine, shiny, incredibly crimpy fiber. Her conformation is perfect as is her bite, gorgeous head and excellent fiber coverage down to her toes. She is very sweet tempered and comes to meet you, hoping for a piece of apple. Truly a female that would enhance the value of any herd.

  DPA Quetzal
    Medium Fawn, 187000, Full Peruvian

His crias have ranged in color from black to white, with magnificent presence, coverage, conformation and outstanding fleece. His crias have soft, dense fleeces with tiny, deep crimp. They also have Quetzal's typey head.

Hemingway granddaughter on one side and Accoyo Pperuvian Timoteo on the other, added to gray genetics on her dam’s side--simply put, Camilla is the first to catch everyone’s attention. Her stance is always, always very erect and her lustrous buttery dark fawn fleece carries the “Hemingway” traits of high amplitude crimp, uniformity, coverage down to her toes, along with excellent density and a staple length over 6” at shearing.

Camilla gave us a beautiful boy last year, passing along ALL of her excellent fleece characteristics to Hunter along with an absolutely gorgeous color that makes one think of a shiny copper penny! She is currently being bred to Snowmass Nova--imagine adding Peruvian Drambuie and Peruvian Casanova genetics to the lineup that Camilla already carries herself! This is really going to be one we’ll be waiting for with “baited breath”!
