MAPLE BROOK Kira

Light Fawn, 851227, 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian

When we first saw Kira's big beautiful eyes, we knew she was the girl for us! She also turns out to be a bit of a clown!

Kira's full sister recently sold at the East Meets West Auction for a record-setting high. However, we intend to hang onto Kira for her conformation, fleece and personality.

  MAPLE BROOK Winsor
    White, 825455, Full Peruvian

Maple Brook Winsor, son of the famous herdsire Bueno, is a commanding presence on our farm. He takes the job of being a herdsire very seriously and is always looking out for the welfare of the females! His fleece continues to be some of the softest and most brilliant that we have and his micron count has actually decreased. His 3 cria of last year have inheirited his fiber statistics.

Patience is a spirited female - thus her name!! She required quite a bit of it when new born, just like her mother Maple Brook Kira. Now, however she walks quietly on a lead and halter. Her fleece is very silky and shines in the sun. Patience has a very long staple length. It looks as if she will acquire her father's low micron count, and have the personality of her mother, including Kira's good mothering instincts and great milk. What a pretty young maiden.
