Caritas is one of our foundation females. She has always made our lives easy. Easy breeding, easy birthing and attentive mom. She is an original peruvian that has had spectacular offsprings. Even in her elder years she is very dense and full of pep.

Joey has it all! Conformation, fleece, head, and 3/4 Accoyo, full Peruvian, to boot! His rich dark fawn fleece has a consistent high frequency crimp with INCREDIBLE density and character. This year, Joey yielded over 10 pounds of fiber! And the crimp is even evident in his topknot! He carries himself in a proud manner, and has been settling the girls on the first try!

And Joey's first cria have hit the ground with a vengence! Joey is stamping his beautiful head on each cria, not to mention incredible density AND crimp! And all of his cria so far are coming out colored!

One look at Cameo's registration and all you can say is "wow!". Pperuvian Camilio and Ppperuvian Leon in the same package. One look at Cameo and you can see those coveted genetics shining through! You can see her Accoyo heritage in her large frame, and in her very dense, crimpy fiber. Her dam is 16 years old and still producing with no problems! This girl will be a great foundation female for some lucky farm. She should be able to produce some color, as her sire is a 3/4 accoyo dark fawn, so I have bred her to Mohogony Knight, a full Peruvian grandson of Misty Maiden, Camelot, and Drambuie. This baby is going to be outstanding, no matter what color.

Cameo is a bit shy, but warms up to you when she gets to know you. She stands still for herd health and though she isn't cuddly, she has become quite calm during her pregnancy. I expect her to follow in her Mom's footsteps and breed and birth easily. And indeed, Cameo had a quick birth of a baby boy on April 16th. He was shorn the other day and we were amazed at how much fleece came off a two month old cria! Very handsome and conformationally correct, as well. Her second cria is a lovely young girl, with amazing fleece.
She has been rebred to Nova's Gold, which should produce a show stopper.
