Chance, a 1/2 Peruvian, 1/2 Allianza proven female out of Peruvian Don Claro, has dense red/brown fleece. She is a great mother, with plenty of milk. Bottom line, she is a real sweet alpaca, who gets along with everyone. She is a big girl, and will add bone and density to your herd. She last cria, an incredible velvety brown girl, weighed in at 24#. Her first pregnancy ended in twins that did not survive, but since then she has delivered 4 cria, all who have been very healthy, good looking cria. We intend on breeding her to our Dom Lucilio son, but as it is late in the year, we may leave her open until spring. We'll decide in the next few days.
Bagel is a proven white full Chilean female, with good conformation, bite, and dense fiber. She is a very good mother, with ample milk. She is healthy (but a little overweight today). She is currently being bred to our Studmaster Hemingway son, Haldane, who just may be the best Hemingway son of them all. His cria are valued, and do outstanding in the show ring.
Vanilla is 1/4 Accoyo white proven female, out of Accoyo Leon and Pperuvian Guellermo. She has very dense fiber, strong conformation, and bite. She also is a great mother, easy birther, with plenty of milk. Her last cria may be the best cria we've had. She has been bred to our 'Get of Sire' winning Caligula son, Payday. One of the most sought after Caligula sons on the West Coast, he boast of 60 cria on the ground, including many show winners. A great pairing, putting Caligula genetics in your herd.
Girls can travel once confirmed pregnant, and cria have been weaned.
