Clochette is a huge white ball of fluff. Weighing 21#'s at birth, she is a healty girl with very dense, fine fiber, with staple definition. She is conformationally correct, standing tall with a good presense. This girl has genetics that could take your farm to another level.
A 1/2 Peruvian, 1/2 Chilean girl, her genetics are rare here. Her sire Jolimont 2 Peruvian Alpamayo won 1st Place get of sire 2001 Alpaca Fest, 1st place Get of Sire 2005 Pacific Coast Show. He is the Sire of Supreme Champion Alpaca at 2002,2003 and 2005 CNASF.
If you want to add bone and density to your herd, then Chance is the girl for you. Producing wonderful cria, she will provide generations of quality offspring. She births easily, having delivered a male, female, a male, and recently a perfect 24# velvety brown girl. She has red/brown fleece, dense, with medium quality.
A 1/2 Peruvian 1/2 Allianza girl, she has plenty of milk for her crias. She is an excellant mother. Bottom line, she is a real sweet alpaca, who gets along with everyone. She is a big girl, not show quality, but a strong foundation animal, and amazing mom.
We have bred her (ultrasound pending)to our Best of Sire winning Caligula son, Payday. That should produce a cria, who is 3/4 Peruvian, 1/4 Accoyo, 3/4 Allianza cria with fine/dense fiber. If she is still open, we will wait until spring to breed her again. If not, her cria would be due 10/2007. In any event, she would be able to travel once her current cria has been weaned.
