Tsunami Crest is true black male that is approaching his 2 yr birthday this fall. He is calm and inquisitive, easy to handle for treatment and public relations work, and friendly with people and other alpacas alike. He has very soft fiber – very lustrous and silky – with a high frequency crimp. It feels great and glows with a blue-black highlight. He is true black with white on his face. He does have density but not enough for us to consider the him for the show ring or for a show-cria-producing herdsire position in our herd. His staple is ~4” and his coverage is good on his face and down his legs. Though this is a “show “character, it does show his fiber growth is good. His conformation is spot on, as is all his relatives.
We have seen other herdsire/juniors comparable to Tsuni at other locations. So, if you are a fiber rancher/artist, or just looking for an excellent deal as you start out, Tsuni could be your ticket. Tsuni can be available in ‘male sale’ packages such as this one of two exceptional fiber and public relation males for your fiber artistry, community, or marketing efforts.
Tsuni is also great buddies with Logan, our new boy marked similarly – so that it looks like we are breeding for “teams” of males. These boys would be eye-catching as a marketing team – especially with their calm natures. Tsuni, the braver of the two, is the first to greet visitors and take a look at new things, but Logan is right beside him too. Logan is calm and gentle with crimpy true black fiber in his blanket.
