I'm offering Thunder Moon and Gold Standard - two very nice 2009 crias - as a pair of fiber males upon their weaning (approximately February/March, 2010). I will keep them with the dam until hey are weaned, but until then I am offering them at half-price ($1000 for the pair). Both have excellent fleece structure, lots of luster and very good conformation. If a buyer wants them just for fiber production, I would be willing to sell the boys before weaning, without registration, DNA and BVD tests or microchipping, for $750. This will save me the expense of having those procedures done, so I am willing to pass the savings on to you.
Give me a call if you've been considering adding a few excellent fiber-producing suris to your farm enterprise. I'd be happy to send fleece snippets (don't want them to have 'cold spots' this winter, but they're pretty dense and could part with a snippet or two). Both come from excellent parentage, are healthy and growing nicely. Stan has a slight gold tinge to his backline and tail (hence, he is a 'gold backed' security - Gold Standard). TM is, at this time, slightly short in the neck to be said to have perfect conformation, but both are straight-legged, strong fellows with very desirable fiber-producing characteristics.
