AuSable Valley Alpacas: Snowmass Casanova daughter bred to Grey 7x Champ Silver Legend with Peruvian Lancaster cria at side

This is a 3-in-1 package that includes a proven producing female, bred to a high end champion producing male with a male cria at side out of our champion producing Peruvian Lancaster.

Sable (Black Epic daughter) is a bay black proven female who is an easy breeder and birther. She is a heavy milker that grows her cria well.

Sable is bred to the 7x champion tuxedoed silver gray herdsire Silver Legend who stands at A Paca Fun Farm in MD. To date Silver Legend has had 25 cria. Though 25 is not a huge number, it is large enough to be confident that Silver Legend is indeed throwing his pattern consistently. Bred to both gray and solid colored females, 19 of his 25 cria are gray. Perhaps even more remarkably, 5/7 (71%) of his cria out of solid dams are gray.

And how good are Silver Legend's cria? Of his 25 offspring, 10 have been shown thus far. Of these 10 all have ribboned at least as high as 3rd place. 8/10 have blue ribboned at least once, and 5/10 have bannered at least once. We have entered one get class with his cria, winning the blue ribbon against the offspring of 4 other studs (all, light to white).

With Sable's gray background paired with Silver Legend's consistent and often grey production we are anticipating a superb offspring!

Also included in this package is Sable's current male cria at side. The buyer gets to name this cria if purchased before weaning. Sable's cria is out of our 6x champion Peruvian Lancaster who is producing outstanding cria including this one. This boy has lots of crimpy and nicely handling fleece in a rich brown with black points.
