Ameripaca's Courtney

Medium Brown, 182780, 1/2 Bolivian, 1/2 Chilean

Courtney is one of our foundation females who has been producing consistently high quality, ribbon-winning offspring. She is a beautiful dark maroon color, and has good head-to-toe coverage of dense fiber. Her crimp is still visible, though not as defined as when she was younger. She has excellent conformation in a large solid frame. She has trouble-free births and is a great milk producer and attentive mother. She would be a good addition to any breeding program.

  514 Peruvian Mulder
    Medium Fawn, 821566, Full Peruvian

Mulder is an absolutely gorgeous full Peruvian herdsire who has a truly impressive show record. In Juvenile Fawn Male full-fleece halter, he won 1st Place Kentucky Classic, 1st Place Ohio Triple Crown, 1st Place MAPACA, 1st Place PAOBA, Champion Ohio Triple Crown and Champion PAOBA! Mulder combines his perfect conformation and striking presence with an ultra-fine fleece with astounding density and crimp. As if all that were not enough, he also has the sweetest personality. Mulder started serving as stud in 2002 at the age of 26 months. All his offspring to date are as stunning as he is and are all winners in the show ring.

Remy's presence is the first thing that people notice as they walk around the paddocks. He's certainly a looker and comes complete with lusterous, dense fiber with silky soft handle. Last year, the judges loved him too. He took a first place ribbon in very competetive class. He carries complete fiber coverage and we expect him to throw color since his Sire and Dam are both darker.
Remy has his first crop of crias on the ground and they're all show-quality and gorgeous.
2011 Plenty of work for Rembrandt to do this year as his first crias were gorgeous.
May 1 2012. During herd health I just had to notice how much guard hair Rembrandt has in his blanket...NOT!!!! He's as silky soft and fine as ever with crimpy bundles throughout. For his age and breeding status, Remy is still hanging onto baby-soft alpaca fiber.

  Awards Received
Back in the showring, Rembrandt took a fourth place ribbon in a competitive class of white males at MAPACA '07.
SEPA '07. Remy took a Blue Ribbon in a 2 yr old + class and judge Jill MacLeod had nothing but praise for this fine herdsire. She remarked on his incredibly soft, silky, dense and bright fiber with excellent handle. When it came to picking the Champion and Reserve Champion, she had a hard time choosing between 2 juvi males and Remy. YES, his fiber is holding up well as he matures.
Judge commented. "Put this Herdsire on all the females you have." We Agree.
