A strong, big-boned male with excellent conformation and beautiful bold crimp. Excellent top-knot. We are astounded by his incredible fleece. Great disposition...a big ol' teddybear. His sire, AFR's Dakota, is a Peruvian Victor grandson with Hemingway and Emilio in his background. His dam, DSRTWND Shayla, a bay black out of CODI Gipson Fawn, has PPPeruvian Royal Fawn and Snowmass Chardonnay in her background. Prince's lineage reads like the "Who's Who" of the American alpaca industry. Prince was something of a late-bloomer but came on like gang-busters. Shown only once as a juvenile,he took a forth at SW Regional as a juvenile. In 2009, as the oldest in his class, he took a 1st at LA Deep South in 2 Yr Old and Older. Judge said it took a lot of nerve to enter a 43 month old in that class but said she was so glad that I did because he is extremely nice. "Extremely dense... outstanding fiber structure... perfect bite... the total package." "Very deserving of his first place finish." Prince has his first two cria on the ground, Prince's Valentino, a fantastic fawn male out of our HCA Boerne and, Prince's Royal Contessa, a fabulous white female out of TR Prince Regent's Laura. Both are spectacular.
