PFF Bandit's Shady Lady
White, 30018026
Shady Lady is a fine and lovely daughter of FRA Smoky the Bandit, a Peruvian Olympus son. Shady's dam's lineage carries The Silversmith and the proven genetics of the Acero Marka's Wooly Bully.
Pankara or "Pancake" as he is known around here is a farm favorite. He is gentle and smart and as we expected producing cria with a very uniform and fine fleece. "Finest in the class" has been repeated from Denver to Owatonna as his first offspring are getting out to the shows. Pankara's first offspring to show include multiple blue ribbon winners Bacon's Summer (LB), Pankara's Peach Girl (MF) and Ark's Blueberry Pancake (DRG). This Royal Fawn grandson has color, fineness and density. His dam Acero Marka's Neysa has produced several sons such as Prairie's Edge KO's Peanut Butter known for producing uniformity and fineness within a fleece. An intersting male if you would like to add fineness without losing density.
Lady is a lovely, small framed alpaca with loads of curb appeal. She is compact, correct and extremely well covered. She is uniformly colored with black tipping on her ears, toe nails and nose. To say she is cute is a huge understatement!
Check out the pedigree on this little lady...she goes back to The Silversmith, Acero Marka's Wooly Bully and Peruvian Drambuie on her dam's side and PPPeruvian Royal Fawn on her sire's side. Just like her Dam, Shady Lady, she has excellent conformation and coverage down to her toes. Her fraternal siblings have done well in the show ring placing first, second or third at the 2008 GWAS and the Minnesota Alpaca Expo (plus a color championship). Her sire, Pankara, placed fourth in the Get of Sire at the GWAS competing against some of the best whites in the west.
We believe Lady will make an excellent female to intensify our brown / maroon line, plus she is a very fine and uniformly fleeced brown female. She carries alot of color in her lineage, including grey.
Lady's first cria, Indigo, arrived in the spring of 2010. She is a truly lovely dark brown, turning drk rose grey female. Although this was her first cria, she handled each part of mothering like a pro. We are loving what we are seeing in Indi! Other people love her too, which is why Indi was quickly selected by her new owners. They just couldn't resist her sweet dispostion and super soft fleece.
Update:
Lady's latest cria is another beautiful female! We call her MissChievious aka Cheeves...She was up and going in no time - wasting no time trying to get to the milk. Very attractive light fawn darling! No complaints from us! Way to go Lady!
