Juliana is full Peruvian - 1/2 Accoyo, with beautiful, crimpy, fine fleece. Even at twelve years of age she is maintaining her superb fineness and fleece character. Look at her Fiber Analysis stats and notice how incredibly consistent her fleece has been through the years. Her Average Fiber Diameter has only varied 2.6 microns over nine years! ('98: 19.1, '99: 18.6, '00: 18.8, '01: 18.9, '02: 21.2, '03: 18.6, '04: 20.3, '05: 19.1.
She has won multiple Blue Ribbons, her most recent for her fleece at CABA 2002, and for Produce of Dam at Alpacamania 2004. The last time she was in the ring she won First Place and Reserve Champion in a huge class of white females.
She is the mother of EastWind's SNOWSTORM, our 2004 Champion White Male, and of EastWind's ANDINO, the 2001 AOBA Nationals Champion White Male (Andino is now owned by Dave & Sandra Wallace).
