Bella Oak

Medium Brown, 30541887, 1/4 Bolivian, 3/4 Peruvian

Bella is a complete package! She is very lustrous with independent locking across her blanket. Her fiber shimmers and has a twisted lock structure. She has some powerful genetics in her pedigree including Renzo, Aureo, Fuego and Condor. We are tempted to breed her to grey as she has grey in her top knot!

Bella is now bred to our AOBA Reserve Champion True Black herdsire, Ameripaca's Jericho. She took on her first breeding! We look for a stunning cria with color - and with her Grey background (Condor), it could even be grey!

Bella recently took a Reserve Championship in the very competitive Brown class at the 2006 No. IL Extravaganza!

  Ameripaca's Jericho
    True Black, 1327915, Full Peruvian

Jericho is the newest addition to our Herdsire line-up. His fleece is jet black to the tips and extremely lustrous. He has uniform pencil locks right to the skin and he has amazing density for Black! His sire is the award winning herdsire from Ameripaca, AABC Zeplin.

He has performed well in the show ring, despite his limited exposure. Jericho took 2nd at the 2007 Buckeye Show and 1st and Reserve Champion at the 2007 AOBA National Show! This year's 2007 AOBA show consisted of 51 Black Suri males and 14 in the Championship class. It was an honor to bring home the Reserve at one of the largest shows of the year!

We now have a confirmed pregnancy by ultrasound. This was a maiden female and she became pregnant after only one breeding.

If you're looking for a True Black herdsire with rare genetics, consider Jericho for your female! Check out the picture of his re-growth after his first shearing - amazing twisted locks after only 2 months.
