| | | Nikki is a very delicate looking true black Chillean import. She has a beatiful head, straight legs, great conformation,even at her age. Nikki surprised us by giving birth to a beautiful rose gray half accoyo boy! He is truly a beauty. We are already planning shows to take him to this summer. He has super super nice crimp, beautiful head, great conformation. He is growing like a weed too, he is as big as his 1/2 brother who was born 3 weeks earlier. When you part his fiber it is dense and dark gray! He might even shear out to DSG. Nikki has been bred to our beautiful DSG Aussie Rockford son Rio de Dinheiro for a fall 2009 cria. With Nikkis tendancy to produce gray we are really looking forward to this cria. Rio has such beautiful marking and super fiber. This cria will be very special.

UPDATE! Shadow took a blue ribbon at his very first show! The judge said he had superior density and finess. She said he was the total package! WTG my Shads!
After searing yesterday, we discovered Shadow is a beautiful TB 1/2 accoyo! He is very special, tremendous facial coverage, beautiful conformation, perfect teeth. Shearing really allows you to see the real alpaca. He is a lot smaller than with full fleece but he is only still a baby. If I can afford to only show1 alpaca this fall, I will show Shadow, that is how impressed I am with him.
Shadow is a Mcgwire grandson, and a Peruvian Leon & Preuvian Felix great grandson. Look at that fiber!! It is thick, crimpy, all the way to his toes, he is impressive! Only 5 months old, fiber is 3-4 inches long in blanket. He has already caught up to his 1/2 brother in size and he was born 3 weeks earlier. Shadow is very curious, he will walk up to me and chews on my coat strings. He has no fear of the big boys either, I see him constantly sniffing nose to nose with them through the fence. The other day I got my first cria kiss from Shadow! He is not afraid of people. He is a sweet, and very intelligent boy.
We are willing to sell 1/2 interest in this unique 1/2 accoyo boy. As he gets older I think he is turning more toward black than gray. He will either end up being 1/2 accoyo gray or black, both very hard to come by & desirable. He has a beautiful typy head, straight legs and perfect teeth. and the fiber, it s a must see. Talk about density! Also very thick solid sturdy bone. Shadow is BVD NEGATIVE. Thanks very much for looking.
