HPCA Kokomo
Medium Fawn, 828293, 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian
Dense, dense, dense is the word on this herd sire! This Vicuña colored male is literally covered from the top of his head to the tip of his toes with dense, fine crimpy fiber. He has inherited his magnificent Accoyo presence, bone capacity, and excellent fleece from his sire, Accoyo Zephyr and famous grandsire, Accoyo Royal Fawn. He has proven to be a champion in the show ring beating out many well known names. His color genetics include grey and true black and Accoyo to boot! Kokomo has sired many champion cria and mostly females. He has produced black from black, and seems to favor the mother's color.
Josie has a long staple of moderately crimped, dense, soft, bright, medium brown fiber that has a strong reddish glimmer in the sunshine. She has good conformation and has been healthy since birth. Josie loves feeding time, is your best friend and will follow you anywhere IF you have a grain bucket.
7-10-12 - Josie and Lockhart have given us a beautiful fawn female today. Savannah is a very strong, well built cria with masses of tight, bright bundles of light fawn fiber. Josie is a very good mother, attentive but not hovering.
Josie is being bred to NCA Logan for a 2013 cria.
