Chablis, is an elegant, majestic, white female with very dense fiber with beautiful crimp and softness. She has had a gorgeous crias whose confirmation and fiber has been all we seek in our breedings. This year's cria, Summer, is her replica - white, crimpy soft, popcorn fleece with wonderful confirmation. Chablis and all of her daughters have absolutely lovely heads. Chablis has correct in confirmation in all respects and moves with grace and style. Chablis has been bred to Allegro, a medium brown boy with pounds and pounds of lustrous blanket fiber, superb confirmation and personality plus! Allegro is the alpaca that farm visitors ooh and aah over. Like her mother, Los Prados Thea, Chablis has been a wonderful, attentive mother with easy births and ample milk. Allegro has macho written all over him!. He holds his well proportioned body proud and tall and while looking at him one is struck by his poise and intelligence. Allegro greets farm visitors, walking up to them with confidence. He is touchable as well as approachable. Allegro has fleece with luster reminiscent of mohair. His blanket produces pounds and pounds of fleece with a nice character and outstanding staple length making it among my favorite for hand spinning. Allegro has seven seven crias, four of whom are true black! Each has his straight back and legs with really nice fiber.
