Misty acquired his tremendous fleece and ability to through color as she has had several black crias! Her TB 2007 creation is out of a beige male named Peruvian Noahh, and he has the most beautiful black crimpy fleece! White + Beige = black?? He was unfortunate in getting the white markings on his head and feet, indicating some sort of grey in the background somewhere. Update: Dec. 12, 2008,Misty had a fawn female cria out of our white full accoyo Caligula son, Stonewall. White + white = medium fawn?? | | | Accoyo Stonewall comes from the breeding program at Pacific Crest Accoyo Ranch. He is the son of the infamous Caligula, who has gone on to greener pastures. Like his Sire, Stonewall has magnificent fleece character and density. He sheared 13 lbs of very high luster fleece in 2004. Stonewall has coverage to the toes, and correct conformation. He is a big boned animal with a very full topnot and cute little ears. Bring your herd level up a notch or two by breeding to Stonewall for top of the line crias! Parfait is 13 months old and will be ready to breed by fall 2010. She is proud and tall, like her sire, Stonewall. Parfait was quite a surprise since Stonewall is a white full accoyo (son of Caligula)and Misty is also pure white! Where the color pattern came from and why is still a mystery, but Andy Merriweather has suggested that Misty may be a black with a large white spot covering her since she has MANY black crias in the past. Parfait has beautiful soft crimp and pretty good density, not surprising if you look at her sire who produces massive amounts of fiber on his large frame. Parfait is part of a legendary pedigree, with the great, late Caligula as her grandsire and Accoyo Elite Bogart on her dam's side. She is 3/4ths accoyo. Parfait has a feminine look to her very upright posture. She loves to be the center of attention and is more curious than most crias, giving kisses and loves to walk on the lead. Parfait would be a nice addition to any farm looking to grow a nice herd. She comes with her initial breeding and might I suggest a grey?? Why not! Parfait already has the white face/head look and grey ears and bonnet that might just be looking to produce a rose grey cria! Parfait comes with her initial breeding to any Vintage Herdsire.
