Wow - is all I can say about this female. She is absolutely amazing, has wonderful fiber, and a great milk producer. She never even skips-a-beat when she has her babies. We feel it is very important to breed for these types of females. She has really strong bones, and perfect conformation.

This female has given us three amazing offspring, and each one of them has placed in the ribbons at the Great Western Alpaca Show (This is the only show we show at due to the threat of diseases at shows). And, this year she has given us another girl - a True Black - Wow was this a surprise.

This male comes from the Rural Allianza Coop in the Macusani Region of Peru where they are known for their uniformity. And, this male has that uniformity. He gives this uniformity plus an amazing soft buttery handle to all of his offspring. He also passes on his great conformation, high frequency crimp, and brightness. Most of my winning producers come from this male's bloodline.

He has to-date produced several true-blacks out of brown females. And, once again this year we have a true black female out of a dark fawn female. We are beginning to believe that this male must have a dominant black gene. And, his daughters are producing blacks, so those black genes are very strong in this male.
