Itom Babae D701

True Black, 840744, 1/2 Bolivian, 1/2 Chilean

Itom Babae is a tall stretchy female that has exquisite crimp and luster. Babae has produced two black females and one black male. Her first cria, Black N Style was selected for A.O.A.’s 2006 auction in Las Vegas and sold to Earnest & Barbara Kellogg for $30,000. Her second cria, Evening Song, sold in their 2007 auction for $25000.
UPDATE: Babae has given birth to an outstanding True Black Female, extending her streak of True Black to four!! When we ask Tripp Forstner of Magical Farms if we should repeat the breeding, his comment after looking at the cria was "You need to ask". So with Tripp's advice we are having Babae bred back to Quetzal. We will give an update upon confirmation of pregnancy.

Pearl has excellent conformation and density. Tim Lavan elaborated on her presence when entering the ring at the Ky. Classic. He commented on her stature and how well behaved she was. Pearl has given us a beautiful true black female cria out of Black Icecapade and she is beautiful. Lady has a very nice fleece and has done well in the shows she has been in. She took a second, as the youngest in the class, in her first show at the Southern Select. The oldest girl in the class went on to be the Color Champion. Her second show, The Best of the US was a very large and competitive show with with the juvi true black females having 16 entries and being split into two classes. Again she was one of the youngest in the class and placed 4th. So we now know the quality Pearl is capable of throwing and if she does not sell she will remain in our foundation herd.
