Nyala's Peruvian Valkyrie

Medium Brown, 1130768, Full Peruvian

Nyala Farm was delighted to welcome Peruvian Valkyrie, the first cria born on our farm and she is stunning. Valkyrie is a delightful chocolate brown color with small patches of grey throughout her fleece, and has abundand curly, crimpy fiber. Valkyrie was born during the solar-flare inspired northern lights just before Halloween, so we named her for the Norse legend about the northern lights. The northern lights were thought to be the valkyries flying across the sky. She is spunky, inquisitive, friendly, loves her chin scratched, and with Silver Ceasario and Shades of Grey in her bloodlines, we can't wait to see what this warrior princess will able to produce.

  Victor's Accoyo Ironman
    Light Fawn, 813438, Full Peruvian

Nyala is proud to welcome the newest addition to our herdsire row, in partnership with Ideuma Creek Alpacas. Accoyo Ironman is a fawn full accoyo male. He annually shears nearly 15 pounds of fleece (counting just prime and seconds only). For reference, a typical alpaca yields around 5 pounds of fiber on a yearly basis (or even less). Ironman’s sire and dam are both medium fawn full Accoyos. Ironman is known for producing aggressively crimped, extremely dense long stapled fleeces. Ironmans’ older sibling (a half sister) has won many first place awards, including the fawn halter class at AOBA National. His mother (Accoyo Pperuvian Rosmery) and father (Accoyo Pperuvian Victor) have been blue ribbon winners as well. Victor is deceased, making Ironman a rare and valuable bloodline to add to a breeding program. Use Ironman to add density, staple length and crimp to your breeding program. He has produced a blue ribbon winning fawn (Shar-pei), a blue ribbon winning brown (Kieran) and a champi

This is a lovely lovely girl with great fleece and a great look. Her mother Valkyrie has done it again. Val was our very very first cria so that makes this little girl extra special for us! Iron Maiden (Maddie) father is blue ribbon winning Victor's Accoyo Ironman. She was the second Ironman baby born on our farm (See Nyala's Accoyo Ironclad on our sold list). She also has a younger sister born Iron Butterfly (also on our sold list). All these cria are nice. Maddie is just lovely with a pretty typey head and a strong frame. Maddie has Victor and Shades of Gray as Granddaddies so we expect great cria from her! She was born with long, bright, lustrous fleece with an incredible amount of crimp. She is a deep chocolate brown color on the dark end of medium brown. She is following in the ribbon winning footsteps of her big sister Nyala's Peruvian Zula (another crimp machine). Good job Val and Ironman! Maddie has grown into quite a character. This is a fun things about her, she likes to stand on things. Her favorite thing to stand on is a bale of hay. If you set a bale of hay down in front of her she will climb up on it and look very proud of herself. She's the only alpaca I've ever see do this.

She is bred to our multi-champion Accoyo Invasion! She will make a 3/4 accoyo cria possible a very dark one. She will come with another breeding to any of our herdsires. A great choice for her would be 3/4 accoyo Greyback. Buy her and you can choose from any of our studs!

She will be available in our pen sale for $5500! Don't miss this great girl!
