| | | Gorgeous female! Mother to many beautiful babies, including WRR Hope for a Cure and WRR Mitch. Nevoso has fabulous, compact conformation, very balanced and squared up. She is dripping with fiber! Excellent coverage and extreme density characterize this girl.
Nevoso is a daughter of the famed Canadian herdsire, Rockamundo, whose one and an half year-old fleece measured 13.6 microns and weighed more than 14 lbs. It is clear Nevoso got her fleece from dad! This girl has great fleece, great conformation, makes great babies, and is adorable. No question why we love her and are so glad she joined our herd in 2007.

| | | 4-time AOBA Blue Ribbon winner & AOBA Champion, SCA Peruvian Magnum, is one awesome macho. He has performed well in the showring, and with his offspring. With only 14 offspring on the ground, he has won a Get of Sire title, and he already has a son & a daughter who are also AOBA Champions! His cria range from white to true black.
Magnum is the son of "Dam of the Century" Misty Maiden, whose fiber stats at age 14 were AFD 20.3 SD 3.7 CV 18.2 %>30 1.8! Misty Maiden's descendants have won at least 60 championships. He is sired by Peruvian Camelot.
Magnum's skin follicles were tested at age 5. The results from Dr. Evans stated, "Magnum is definitely in the top 1% of males that I have tested. His density is 78.75 follicles per Sq MM of skin and 5 very symmetrical fiber bundles show an S/P OF 14.6 TO 1. The 15X scan as well as the S/P scan shows super bundle structure and the 250X scan demonstrates awesome gland presence. This guy appears to be the whole package." | |

Incredible Magnum Son. This male combines the amazing bloodlines of Misty Maiden and Camelot on her sire's side and the legendary Rockamundo on his dam's side. Misty Maiden has often been called the Dam of the Century. Certainly this is accurate when it comes to producing off-the-charts awesome fawn alpacas. Camelot contributes the rich color to this great boy. Rockamundo is famous for having sheared over 14lbs. of 13 micron fleece.
Colt's sire, Magnum, is an AOBA Champion who has produced multiple AOBA Champions. Magnum's fleece has remained incredible over the years, winning him the coveted Spirit of Fiber Award in 2007. Colt's dam is an incredible producer. Each year she produces strong, healthy cria with incredible fleece and phenomenal coverage. Colt brings hybrid vigor to the table with the perfect combination of South American bloodlines.
Colt McCoy has incredible fineness and brightness to his fleece. It has nice definition and bundling, and one of the silkiest handles we've felt. We expect Colt to bring our breeding program up another notch, and for that reason we'd like to reserve 5 breedings to him.
Colt had a fiber break over the summer which has put his show career on hold, but his fiber is growing in nicely.
Update: While he is only fifteen months old, Colt was so busy trying to breed the other weanling females in his pen that he had to be moved into a pen with adult females. (He's too small to go in with the big boys!) We expect Colt will be an early breeder with his libido.
