Accoyo Pulitzer is one of the top full-Accoyo herdsires in the U.S. with elite bloodlines and a striking presence. He is a son of Accoyo PPeruvian Caligula, widely agreed to be one of the top two Accoyo herdsires ever imported from Macusani in Peru. Caligula was Don Julio Barreda's "business card" to the U.S., and proof of the success and uniqueness of his Accoyo breed. Caligula, who passed away in 2003 with 203 registered offspring, was one of two herdsires hand-picked by Barreda for the new U.S. Accoyo import in 1994.

Not to be outdone, Pulitzer's dam is Vengador's Accoyo Primrose, the 2001 AOBA National Conference halter Reserve Color Champion, purchased by Magical Farms for a then record $58,000. A daughter of the famous Peruvian Accoyo Vengador, she is also a stunning beauty.
