GORGEOUS! is the best description for this herdsire. Gray Archive is a fit to type alpaca with great conformation and a great head. He has one of the softest handles of a rose grey fleece. Gray Archive's fleece has a long staple that sorts well under 20 microns. His sire Jericho 691 is a black herdsire who the Skinner's brought down from Canada and is part of the North American Alpaca Stud's. He definetly passed on his great fiber. His dam, Snowmass Golden Girl is dark fawn/Grey Hemmingway daughter out of a silver grey dam, who the Skinner's hold in their foundation females. Snowmass Gray Archive has great color genetics in his background, and is ready to pass them on to your alpaca. His first cria has arrived and it is a gorgeous Bay Black female. His record to date 9 females and 4 males. Archive is definetly passing on the color, conformation, strong bone, dense fiber, and his soft handle. With each cria we are seeing great size. The Archive cria are definetly a stand out on the farm, from their perfect conformation , their large frame, and their soft buttery handle.
