| | | Olympia is awesome. She has dense consistent fleece with bright fine crimp from head to toe. Her sire is Victor's Vic Jr. (perhaps the finest son of Victor). Victor was med. fawn over black. Vic Jr was med. fawn over black. Vic Jr's dam is 1/2 accoyo and 1/2 Hemmingway, making Vic Jr. 3/4 accoyo and Olympia 7/8 accoyo. Olympia's dam is Olga, an Accoyo import, chosen by Mike Safely for Sunset Hills. Olympia took second in a huge class (16 light fawn huacaya juvies) at the Alpaca Western Extravaganza, and she was beat out by her our own Princessa who took first by a nose. Her first cria Aries was a great light fawn 15/16 accoyo 1/16 alianza boy, color champion whose fleece is to-die-for. Two years ago bred to beige Vengador son, Accoyo Tachon she made a heart-stopping beige boy, reserve champion Accoyo Allaby. | | | We were delighted when our dark silver grey Nic Nac daughter threw a rose grey boy when bred to Camilio's Accoyo the Babe. He is dense and fine with lovely medium rose grey fleece with an almost pink cast to it. He has the tremendous presence of his Blue Ribbon winning dam. Tam took a blue ribbon in his first show in juvenile full fleece rose grey and has gone on to take the blue in four more shows. Tam is a Dad! Check out his daughter Rose Royce. We plan to take him to a some more of our foundation girls as we think quite a bit of him! Andy just did an unheard of alpaca breeding for our farm. He bred our 7/8th accoyo Olympia to Tam. We have always bred Olympia full accoyo (and her first two cria have been color champions) but Andy thinks so much of Tam he wanted to see what he and Olympia could do. Can you imagine a gray 5/8th accoyo! Keep your fingers crossed!
