Dark Silver Grey, 1047325, 3/4 Chilean, 1/4 Peruvian
Sarafina is a beautiful dark silver gray, with a fine fleece. She has great conformation, with a large, but feminine bone structure. She is very friendly and very playful. She loves to be the center of attention. She is a bit lacking in density, but with the right breeding choices should produce some lovely offspring. She bred easily and became pregnant on her first breeding which resulted in a light brown little girl that is as sweet as she is lovely. Sarafina was a great mama as soon as she figured out why this little thing was following her around. She is currently bred to an Invincible son. Can't wait for this one! Update! Sarafina delivered another girl! This one is white (?!) and very crimpy and fill of spunk. Sarafina has been rebred to Sequential who should add his crimp, density, and heavy bone to 2009's cria. Update! Sarafina delivered a gorgeous white male, who indeed, is dense, crimpy, and conformationally perfect. She has now been rebred to Aussie Rockford.
Sequential's first crias have arrived and they are everything I hoped for. The first was a white male out of a gray female, with an already significant improvement in density and crimp. The second is a white female with a beautiful hand and brightness. Both have perfectly straight legs and typey looks. Pictures coming soon!
Paradise Alpacas is extremely proud to announce the arrival of this half Accoyo Don Juan son. But wait, his maternal grandsire is Peruvian Guellermo, making him a much coveted Accoyo/Allianza mix. Sequential is very typey and his fleece is very bright and dense, with a uniform, high-frequency crimp. He has a very impressive presence and nicely balanced conformation, with a broad chest and straight topline. Both Don Juan and Guellermo allow color to come through while imparting exceptional fleece qualities so bring your colored girls on by! Until now, Sequential had not been offered for sale. Magical Farms was intent upon keeping him as the suc
Hokey Pokey has blue eyes and is deaf. Yeah, I did that risky breeding of tuxedo gray x white. Otherwise, he is outstanding! Perfect conformation, heavy bone, presence, and crimpy, dense, gorgeous fleece. He would be at the head of my show string if he didn't have blue eyes. He is totally laid back and is completely part of the herd. You would not notice his hearing loss other than you can really sneak up on him when he is sleeping. He was born at only 332 days and weighed over 17 pounds! He would be great as a fiber animal, companion, or even as part of a pet herd. He is easy to handle and is already halter trained. Boarding will be free until he is weaned.
